Can't say I enjoy the music, BUT that isn't the point.
Alan has picked out a song with a very strong and noticeable beat. This is a great selection for someone who is looking to learn how to hit the speed bag to music.

I just wanted to learn how to speed bag, I can't wait to get close to his level.
